Woke at 220.0, up 5.2 from yesterday. I began a new round of weekly meds after taking six weeks off. I have to get them on Thursdays and Fridays and they are a more aggressive mix of steroids and other drugs than before. The side effects are water retention (already my weakness) and constipation. As today’s gain shows, all the water I drank yesterday to hydrate myself went NOWHERE. I did not get up last night to urinate and the glycogen is all there stored in my muscle mass. Even on today’s six-mile walk outside, I had no problem whatsoever completing it. The last time I went out, I found myself having to rush back home several times to answer nature’s call. I will keep hydrating today and the water will have to break loose eventually, but I can see this as a weekly challenge (as it was before). Weighed in at 217.0 after my walk. That is still up 4.4 from my post workout weigh in of yesterday. Going to have to go to the Warrior plan for the remainder of the month to get back on my calorie target. Dinners only.

I feel for your frustration. Don't worry. If you are sticking to plan, don't stress about it. Sometimes stress too keeps the calories on for some reason...
