Woke at 219.8, down .2 from yesterday but still showing extreme water retention and constipation from the meds. Will keep flushing out today. Fasting until dinner each day for the rest of the month. UPDATE: Did six miles of walking and my bodily functions came back with a vengeance, sending me home several times during the walk. As a result, got a 213.4 weigh in upon my return. Still more water to purge but we are making some progress.

No worries Bill, hope your body sorts things out without a lot of stress from the meds....it may take a bit but you know what to do and you have the will to do it. Take care mate, hope you have a great week ahead!!
