I really like this LCHF lifestyle with intermittent fasting. Currently we are doing the 5/2 which means we eat 5 days when we are hungry and the other 2 days we do a wet fast which means we have no food for 2 days but we take Water, Coffee, Tea and Pure Creamed Coconut. I do like to start my wet fast day with a glass of Sole and a cup of coffee with 1 Tbsp of butter, 1 Tbsp of Coconut oil and a tablespoon or so of 18% Cream. I drink water throughout the day and I enjoy another coffee around 6:30 pm with all the trimmings again. A good rule of thumb is to find a way to get 2 Tbsp of good grade Virgin Coconut oil into your body every day. So since April 18 I am down another 12.2 pounds. BTW if you are Dieting as you call it and you are always feeling hungry it is because you are eating too many carbs and not enough good fat. Good rule of thumb is 60%+ fat a day 25% Protein and 15% carbs Keep your carb intake around 25 to 30 grams per day) the high fat intake will curb all of your hungry pangs and if you do it right the weight will fall off like melting the whole butter you eat!
