Woke at 209.0, down .8 from yesterday. Another happy hour tonight but will get out on time to get home to work out. UPDATE: Ate well at work at kept it under control at happy hour (no dinner). Came home and grabbed 53 minutes of HIIT treadmill to finish out the day. Got a 207.6 weigh in afterward.

Congrats on the drop Bill, have a good one. I think if I went to happy hour I'd be too "happy" to work out afterward, lol.
