Over on carbs today, but they were complex carbs (beans). Probably the last time I cook a kettle of ham and beans until next fall. They just don't seem like summer food to me. Probably won't be on the computer tomorrow, going into town to run errands and then staying at my sister's overnight. She and I will go to the city on Friday and be gone all day. We always enjoy our girl's day out.
