Yesterday I went to a Ladies Day sponsored by the church in a nearby town. I ate too much at the dinner afterward, and not my best choices. Did better today. Tomorrow is my day to record a weigh in, so we will see what the morning brings. MIL is doing well at home and glad to be there. Someone is staying with her all the time, tho she says she would be fine by herself. I would be worried all the time, so I tell her it is more for me than for her!
