Happy Weekend, My Best Bunnies!
See what I did there? Bunnies...not Buddies...yeah, never mind!
Run away, little Bunnies, from Peeps, Jelly Bellies and Cadbury Eggs!
Idiot Boxes have been down a smidge to 167.4 but I like to average weights over several days to be sure it is a "real" drop before I log it. I am lucky when I even lose just 2 pounds in a month; so it remains to be seen if I will make my 165 weight goal by my birthday.
Nutrition plan is going well - I have been keeping the carb percentages at 6%, 7% and 8% most days. My energy is a little better with more carbs in a day, but I really want to see my bodyfat percentage go down which means pushing to continue losing fat.
CURRENT GOALS: March/April * Idiot Box consistent weight of 165 by May 6 * Bodyfat at 27% by May 6 (last reading 27.9%) * Macros consistent: Average 65%-70% fat, 23%-26% protein and 9% (or less) carbs, with NET carbs always less than 20 grams daily * Consume more fiber within the daily carbs macro * Continue to lift heavier at gym – increase reps on heaviest weights * Continue HIIT during cardio work * Do the “crab” move by May 6 – I know what this means
LONG RANGE GOALS: 2016 * Bodyfat at 25% or less (24%) * Idiot Box in 150's (85-90lbs lost) * Increased strength and flexibility
Words of the Week: “It’s in your moments of decision that your destiny is shaped.”
I am dedicated, determined and diligent

Oh how I know that feeling of "Is this weight real or an anomaly?" We're both stuck in the 160s now, but I've started to move downward again. It seemed like I weighed 166-167 forever! I am sending positive vibes to your idiot box to drop down to 164 (I'm more ambitious for you than you are!) by you May 6 deadline.

Happy weekend to you! My 93 year old Grandma loves peeps! We buy them for her often, but honestly I don't know why, they don't seem appetizing to me at all!
