Monday and Tuesday were a disaster. I had company staying overnight Monday and Tuesday and it was stressful. We had 2 adults, 2 grade schoolers, and a toddler. We just have a 2 bedroom house and a futon in my computer room. I had them sleeping everywhere. I cooked, I ate and ate and ate. I swear, everytime I turned around it was time to eat again. These were the hungriest bunch of kids I ever encountered. The kids got up and ate cereal for breakfast, then when the adults got around I fixed eggs and sausage for them. Of course the kids had to eat again and inbetween times they scarfed down bananas, grapes and cookies. They finally went home Wednesday afternoon. I fasted on Wednesday just to make up for Tuesday. The biggest culprit was the cinnamon rolls! I couldn't resist them and ended up eating 4. They were those tube rolls from Pillsbury.
Anyway that is all behind me now and Wednesday was a good day. I am going light again today for damage control.

Oh ... cinnamon rolls. *drool* I could not resist eating those either if they were in the house. :) Back to the basics.

because you fed them sugar is why they were always hungry,, feed them real food some good fat ! I feed My Grandkids a good hearty bacon and eggs breakfast,, and I don't hear a word about hungry until way after lunch !!

That is so true Draglist... not everyone has a weight problem and they eat however they want.. must be nice... lol.... Diehard, Im glad you recovered.. lol

Oh no, cinnamon rolls! I almost have to avoid the mall because of the smell of them from the Cinnabon outlet. IMHO you did great to eat only three under those circumstances, with the crowding, "carb exposure" and constant meal prep. You'll recover in no time at all.

I'm dreading my mother in laws visit... she eats the worst foods and fills my house with that crap. I'm gonna lose my mind... atleast you only had two days... she's here for 2 WEEKS! ... you can burn off a couple rolls... so long as you had fun, it was worth it :D!!!
