Happy 😃 happy 😃 Thursday…

Lab work here at 630am…drinking water to make it easier to draw blood…1 bottle of water so far..sipping ☕️ right now..then back to water…be sloshing when I go down on elevator..yeap..elevator ..my right knee is bothering me this morning…

Yesterday s ride was all hill I think…

Day 5….not really showing a lot of weight release…which I expected…but..my sinuses have been less minus…and I’m sleeping 6 hours every night before p time….im in this for 30 days..

Upper body workout today…let the knee have a break…hate missing a day of riding…might ride a flat route..just to get a spin in…

Sunrise starting to show…I’m almost done with ☕️…still drinking water..trying to get water back in …
