Not a great day. Found out I have hyperthyroidism and need to take a medication for it. I had weaned myself off all meds and dropped 15 pounds since New Year. Oh well, keep on going!
74.2 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
