Keeping a balance between enjoying social meals with good friends and weight maintenance while on vacation is the present goal.

Walking the main exercise with some gym time and biking (when able) to keep aerobic and muscle fitness.

Tavira, Portugal pics, 40 km urban mountain biking with Lisa (she's on an ebike) with a lunch stop. I did hill intervals after dropping her off at our condo. Great day again!
