Woke at 214.4, up 1.4 from yesterday as the holiday snacking caught up with me a little bit. I ate 223 carb grams yesterday, which is 73 more than I want to. Also my late night treadmill workout had me famished and hitting the pantry after midnight again. Brazil nuts and a few sugar cookies this time. Have a good day of eating planned, at least until I get home. Last day of work (in the office) for 2015. UPDATE: Came home from work at 214.0. Both kids are home for Christmas and we shared a fun night of watching movies and eating. Did not do my workout and ate way more than usual. Will track weight but not worry about it until after Christmas. I’m off until January 4, so will get some good workouts in.
