Woke at 213.0, down .4 from yesterday. This is amazing, considering I ate everything that wasn't nailed down after midnight last night (recorded as breakfast today). Doing a happy hour after work, so may not get in a workout tonight. Been able to keep the holiday snacking pretty much under control. At least until my friend Tia brought in some cherry cobbler today... added that to the breakfast cheat as well. UPDATE: Worked late and did not go to happy hour after all. Came home at 213.2, which was not bad considering I had two helpings of Tia’s cherry cobbler! Did 67 minutes of HIIT treadmill to burn off the appropriate number of calories and to get back to 210.6.

I hear you. There are Christmas cookies here and only 2 or 3 staff to eat them; one of the staff doesn't so it's up to me - and dammit man I'm doing my best :) (to eat them all) LOL
