Woke at 214.8. Being patient with the new plan. Been hitting the calories and macros and burned 3000 calories yesterday. UPDATE: Had an all-day conference today that my team put on. They did great! Awesome attendance and results. We went out for lunch and I had pulled pork on a whole wheat wrap. Not too bad. Working late at the office to catch up and finished the day's eating before leaving for home. Not carting this laptop home again, so will work late and may not get to work out. Only three hours of sleep last night so let's see how long the energy holds out. UPDATE 2: Didn’t get home until 9:30. Weighed in at 217.6, but that was after dinner and no workout. Time for a drink and bed. Let’s see what the morning brings. We’ll weigh in again officially after an hour workout, whenever that happens.
