Congrats on meeting your original goal. Depending on your body type and musculature, the "normal" standards for BMI may or may not be correct for you. How do you look, how do you feel at your current weight? If you're a muscular or athletic build there are alternative BMI charts that may apply to you better.

It's all about jiggly bits. You're done when they're gone. Great job on losing 102 pounds!

Great job! Aim for healthy lifestyle and ignore their charts. Not everyone is the same. If 160lbs feels right for you than it is.

As of my last weigh in, I'm still 6lbs obese. My first goal I will be in the mid overweight category. And I can make a new goal later. Congrats to you!

Congrats!!!! BUT...That chart is rubbish to a certain extent. We all have different body compositions and different amount of muscle mass. At 156lbs (5'5"), I could wear a size 3-4 jeans and according to the chart I WAS STILL OVERWIEGHT. I think not...lol.
