All in the green this morning…

Happy 😃 happy 😃 Monday….

Covid ..feeling better each day I wake up..I can also tell by energy levels…walked 3 or so miles yesterday..just to see who had signs on there doors…was at 11 yesterday…and the ones that have it..were at the same dining tables….il go walking shortly..count the signs…see who is quarantined alone with me and others….

What I’ve noticed about Covid and me..I only had a couple of days it was bad…with the coughing..and the mucus…and all this also happened after my fall…as when I fell…I also hit on my rib cage on my left side…but all is well…I’m stronger…

Plan today…back to walking and upper body workout…had my rest…build back up….I missed it..

Positive energy and thoughts to everyone…
