Happy 😃 happy 😃 Monday…

Back into a routine again yesterday..my cna yesterday..told me just to rest and recover more…but that’s boring…and just not me anymore…I gotta move….

Rain again today…38.. feels like 31…and it’s raining…high only 47… sounds like no rays today…

Had to brew a ☕️….get the body ready for another day…last month..I walked 132 miles..average was 4-5 miles…naturally…this month beat that…always a challenge..always improving..

I was listening to podcast yesterday’s..what’s new right…the theme was put post it notes around where you constantly see them with goals on them…I have one in bathroom on mirror..a reminder…as this last month I’ve failed myself to a point…just haven’t been into it..snacking more from snack bar…mindless eating…yesterday I told someone here about the post it notes…I had picked up a baggie of pretzels..and a cookie..as I left her..I walked the hall..up the stairs and when I got to the puzzle table reached into my pocket and tossed the pretzels on the table..I kept the cookie to help get supplements down…didn’t snack any yesterday….today I get to show my reward…

Sleeping better…recovery is in green…for a change…was in red couple days ago….

Mike, my post it notes are simple, I write no on the backs of my hands so whichever one reaches for things not on my plan, I will see it....can't say I don't ignore it sometimes but it helps me be mindful on fasting days.

I was thinking of getting it tattooed on, the ink wears off after a couple of hand washings 😜
