Happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday….

New month..new challenges….132 miles..last month…

Yesterday was a lazy day for me…4 miles…and no upper body of any kind…guess my body needed it….I kno my legs did after Thursday’s big walk…

Played bingo first time since the summer…trying to be more social..less stuck in my room…and I’ve been staying up longer at night…now getting 7 hours…and actually feeling fully rested….however..for the strain from my walking each day…I’m always over trained…I enjoy the walking…that’s when ideas and thoughts come to me…I’m in sync with the universe and everything going on in my life..

Rainy at the moment…guess it rained most of the nite…

First ☕️ was good…now time to walk and meditate
