Woke at 217.4, up .2 from yesterday's waking weigh in, but that was four hours later in the day! Back to work today with a nice LCHF day planned.

Thanks, Mom! Slowly but surely. I'm eating more calories than I normally do at the end of the month. Trying to lose it a little slower to avoid spikes.
