Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday….

Alittle Warner this morning…in the 30s…lol..it’s November…I should be getting use to the idea that winter season is fast approaching…but …..I’m not a winter person…bring on the sun and the nice days….which like everything has shifted to different months as well….I find it hard to believe that my thoughts are those of a 70 year old…and not of a 35 year old as to how I feel most days….must be doing something right as this week less inflammation…always a great thing…lol…yesterday I was sharing the brain gm on you tube with the staff…..as I was walking my steps…

My weight….sky rocketed after no sleep from the night the dryer was smoking and it’s taken several days to see it coming back down…still above normal…but guess it’s time to update…and move on…

Listening to brain fm….sippin my ☕️….gettin my intentions set for the day…more steps….lately only been hitting 3 mile average..get that back up….and to limber up upper parts…

Well…..almost breakfast time…
