Happy 😃 happy 😃 Wednesday…

Recovery is staying about the same…..sleep has been at 100%… that helps so much…

Ate an egg yesterday….taste was lacking…first one in several weeks…trying to watch cholesterol….but having thought about it for several days….it’s like anything…..you tweak one thing..something else needs attention….

Coming here…was a good thing…I’ve gotten so much healthier…and yet…I can’t turn back time…I don’t have any clocks on the walls….only on iPad…

☕️ is gone…time to move….alarm just went off…7am….breakfast time…if I ate it…

Please don't limit eggs to 'watch cholesterol'. Dietary cholesterol has almost nothing to do with circulating blood cholesterol. Check out YouTube videos on the topic. Eggs are superfood and it turns out that it's processed foods and sugars that raise your bad cholesterol, triglycerides.

Ty Erik…..I’m going back to having my morning breakfast….in fact…I’m past worrying about cholesterol….I’m more active then I use to be…plus living here….everything I’d fried….I’m doing my best…but just not gonna stress over it….
