One day at a time. This one was a success. Stayed 100% on my low carb plan. We're going to our son's house for the weekend, so it may be more difficult there as I am not in charge of the meals. Wish me luck!

You can do this. It is harder when someone else is in control of the food, but maybe suggest a salad and get some low carb dressing with the meal, but don't feel pressured to eat what you do not want. And if you do splurge, just pick up again the next day. Its not the end of the world. You got this!

there always seems to be something for us LC ppl even if its just the meat and salad,, I am Happy with that , meat and deviled eggs works for me too.
