Been logging food every day on my whirlwind trip to Cleveland, Muskegon, and Chicago to move Em into her new apartment, but have gone overboard on carbs and usually, on calories as well. Only had one day of surplus this weekend, but the deficits have not been sufficient. Will not be able to hit 1830 per day on average in August after this weekend. Best I will be able to do is finish somewhere under 2000 calories per day on average. Will alternate 1800 and 1000 calorie days for this final week of August with low carb and high fat.
