Ok. The sad result of four days of 200 grams of carbs -- 217.3. That's up 17 lbs of water since my last weigh in. I'm moving it out nicely, so that should make for an interesting drive home today. UPDATE: Made it back with about four stops! Ate very light on the drive back today, but Denise and I went out for dinner and I ate some BBQ. Still, kept the carbs under 100. That should help. Back on LCHF big time tomorrow.
