Happy 😃 happy 😃 more rain on the way Monday…

I’ve finally come to a conclusion….if you want to keep weight off…and still eat…and not fast all the time….you got to make the muscle…not like I didn’t kno that…just didn’t see it as a daily thing….just wish I could figure out what to eat..to gain the less…lol…

I listened to this yesterday after lunch…. https://youtu.be/BYWOKIHsd_A …and it was interesting…but fell asleep…il have to listen again….

Plan today…ride and workout….not sure about a meal yet….getting weight off…and keeping it off..use to not be so hard….now it’s like a job…

I need my ☕️…but waiting till 6am…6 minutes….lol…

☕️ is made…614am….weighed in.. did 40 counter pushups while waiting on coffee…took my 2 pills…my day has started once again…lol…and already have a start on pushups…which I will add to thru out the day..we as a nation waist so much time..I kno I do…but nice thing about living here..my room is set up to workout…living in a smaller space…less to hand on to…less clutter…

Well…time is passing…coffee is working…lol.l.get my first 100 push-ups before 7am…it will slow down as day moves on..no amount of ☕️ helps…lol..
