Happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday again….

Rode yesterday…almost 40 miles for the week…also did upper body workout …biceps are sore enough to feel it when I straighten them…a good thing….and walked 5 miles…or so….just another day of keeping up and moving…slept so good..I didn’t want to get up today…lol…

Mist have rained again last night…pavement is damp looking…

Same plan as always…get some kind of workout in today…keep challenging the body…otherwise…you just got to start all over again…and I’d rather not…lol…

Well…coffee time…and weigh in time…

And no I didn’t ride on water…..duh….

But you can ride on water Mike, we have a nice little lake nearby that rents those pedal boats and we sometimes go there and pedal around for a few hours, glad you showed that pic, reminds me we have not been in a while, it's always a good time! Have a great day!

Cna just told me there’s a virus floating around that makes you extra tired..aches an pain…like how do you tell…that’s every day here…lol
