Happy 😃 happy 😃 Tuesday…

#2☕️on coffee….woke up at 333am….wide awake…so guess it’s gonna be one of them days…lol…

Another lady fell yesterday in her room..that’s 2 this week…and not sure if they will return….they offer an exercise class…but only a few take it..5 days a week…I use to do it…but felt like it was to basic…a lot of sit down moves…based more for those that can’t stand very long…as I sit here writing my journal..I think some of the moves should be redone…as people need to move more..less chair time…but everything is by the book here…and it would have to be brought up to a higher head…my inner self thinking to much….going against the grain…lol

Right knee better today..but thinkin of riding on zwift again today…yesterday’s ride in Richmond…not sure where todays ride willl be….

Weigh is staying the same…I like that….better then climbing…but no loss to report this month on weigh in day…first time in several months…have to work on that…for next month…lol…

Bas news…cup runneth dry not a good thing..but means water time starts…plus movement time…haven’t even walked yet…wanted to weigh in…and remember to before ☕️…

Well…..time is here….have a fantastic positive day..
