Happy 😃 happy 😃 thank you universe for another fantastic day…

Only 72% sleep last night…one of them I couldn’t get to sleep…and when I did..I was up..draining the water…and at 415am..woke up..thinking time to move…at 5am…walked 20 minutes thru the hallways…got my first mile in…now sipping on my reward☕️….lol

For some reason..I have been waking up earlier lately…it’s like my body is already changing time again…

Rode 30 minutes yesterday…7. Miles in France….and also after lunch did upper body resistance bands…lowered the over head from 70… to 60…. Il do that for a week or so..then go back up…also did kettlebell crunches…still doing the counter pushups…adding more each week…

As one gets older….yes it happens..we also forget to keep the whole body moving…I was surprised when I first tried to do 1 counter push-up….and was unable to….now I do 32-40…while I waiting on ☕️to run thru the one cup…

Less sleep…and got more done before breakfast…then usual…and feeling do charged up…could be the coffee…but I did all that before that first ..mmmmm..

Well…want to move a bit more before breakfast…

My body is waking between 5 and 5:30 also Mike, and I wake up raring to go. Hubby was sleeping and I made the mistake of climbing on the bike and started pedaling, it's in the bedroom. Grumpy hubby sat up and said "What the hell are you doing?? I was sleeping good!!" Oops! my bad, I didn't think it would bother him because the bike is very quiet. He can usually sleep through the dogs going berserk because a mouse farted outside......

I usually ride after breakfast….that way all the residents around me are up and moving…you might of caught your hubby in the lighter part of his sleep…the part where his eyes are shut…but his mind and ears are awake…

I had breakfast….but decided to get some sun today…felt good for 60 minutes..and then I got to thinking..today is Friday…time to start a 2-3 day fast….I ate 5 days…lol…well…I ate breakfast 5 days…lunch and supper not so much…and with it at 11am…my energy level…is starting to slow down some….
