Woke at 209.6 and stayed WAY clear of the scale later in the day. Enjoyed a day out with my wife, my sister, and her boyfriend. Started out pretty good with an omelet and cottage cheese for breakfast, but I let myself get talked into ice cream and more later. Had a really great day though. Ended at 3068 calories, much of it carbs and sodium. Jumped on the treadmill at 11pm to hit my Fitbit minimums of 7 miles and 12K steps. Ended up burning at least 100 more than I ate, so I'll have at least a minor deficit today. Will fast most of the day tomorrow and do weights and HIIT treadmill to get back on track.
