Draglist's Journal, 26 Jul 15

Woke at 215.2 and ended at 211.2. A recovery Sunday after a cheat day Saturday with my sister in town. Six pounds of water retention overnight! Fasted until 8pm (except for coconut oil in black coffee). Drank a ton of iced tea today and got the water works moving. Did a full body dumbbell workout (and doubled all my sets). At 6pm, hopped on the treadmill and did an hour of HIIT treadmill. Ate 570 calories of food today but did enjoy two glasses of white wine with dinner that took me to 813 calories overall. That gets me back on my average calorie target.

You really don't have it easy with retaining 6 lbs of water after just one day and 3000 cals. It's a good thing you never give up, you are a fighter.

It's a tough thing to live life and weigh daily, but for us who struggle with weight it's the lesser of evils I suppose. Lots of us in your corner Bill, you will no doubt get back to the 190's. I on the other hand am out the door to enjoy a nice dinner after a week of hard labor and may wait a couple days to "fess up" and weigh. Enjoy the evening.

Bill.... ask myself the same question. A life of total abstinence. I know what a small blip will do to the scale and multiple indulgences throw everything off. No matter how many calories I burn in a day.

Your losing the water weight already!!! You are doing great plus keeping up the exercise- I am not complaining -the rain stop today and was doing errands outside laundry shopping ect- the heat and humidity was so bad I could barely breathe let alone exercise
