omg. My head is killing me. I am so hungover from my party I can't even see. Oh!
I am eating lightly as a result - my friends all cleaned out their fridges and liquor cabinets for our party. We ended up with a weird assortment of food, sent out for pizza, and then split 2 beers and a half a bottle of vodka (a small bottle) among the 6 of us. We are lame suburban moms - I can't believe I am so hungover. I think I had two drinks all night.
Made it to weight lifting yesterday and I do have some sore muscles. I think soaking in the jacuzzi at the hotel was really helpful, physically and mentally! My friends are all going through really tough times, I have to be grateful that I have a job, healthy children, healthy self, good savings. They were all so there for me, and each other.
Finally, I have to say that I learned a lot from the scale strike: I can't do it. I want to be validated with numbers. Maybe I'll go back to tracking what I eat too but probably not but I do want to see that I am measurably losing weight with a number. I did take some pictures to compare to last February's pictures, so maybe that will help.
What I really need now is to drink a lot more water. Hope you all are having a great day!
