Hi Everybody! I feel better today - I had a slow day at work, since inspecting the best contractor in the state is a piece of cake! Walked a little, but mostly watched my intake very carefully - had fried chicken for lunch but it was small. Still tasty!
I missed my Sunday weigh in, so I will let you know how the WW meeting goes tomorrow - I am going to go find my lightest shirt and pants for it! I think I really have to be careful about what I eat MUCH MUCH MORE CAREFUL! I am way too lazy to exercise away the weight, so if I stick to 1000 calories a day as recommended by weight watchers, that is maybe 400 calories a day deficit - less than a pound a week. I can't really lose more than that without exercise according to the numbers. Ok. Well, I am a numbers person so I have to stick to watching what I eat or else get busy! I think the weight lifting is enough to get me up to a whole pound a week. Ramble ramble.
