Ate Mexican for my birthday dinner last night, boy am I regretting that decision......ugh.....sick.as.a.dog.

Ah, you will feel good as new but tomorrow, it takes some time for our body to recover from the carb, fat and salt shock, you are just not used to it anymore.

I agree with Snezica, but did it taste good before the sick as a dog. I am a sucker for hot, spicy food and melting cheese

Hopefully it'll pass, stinks that you get those results from your birthday celebration. Gotta say I love Mexican food, just need to stay away from it for the most part due to carbs and calories.

mmmm.....Mexican food. I could really go for some chips and salsa, and a plate of carnitas and all the fixings. Maybe even a margarita or a couple cervezas...followed by a day of fasting and/or exercise.

It was super yummy...so much grease though...I guess the good thing is that it isn't staying in my body long lol...TMI sorry :(

@Snezica, I could hook you with some good Mexican, Lots of cheese (Sharp Cheddar) Pinto Beans smashed the refried, tortillas corn or flour, then some well seasoned meat, and some real good spicy chili made from some Hatch chili peppers and some pork.
