Happy 😃 happy 😃 Tuesday…

Rode yesterday…in zwift…..was a hill workout…for me…any ride is no longer a see how fast you can go…instead it’s a workout based on heart rate…and keeping it within a range….and by doing that…I’m not dragging after a ride/workout….

Plan today..find a course..and do another ride..might be a flatter course or a hill….whatever I chose later…

Was humid yesterday..had to close windows and run air….have windows open at present…hoping it’s not that bad today..but..usually when it starts…that’s the way it is…

Need to have my ☕️….time is passing quick this morning…
