My whoop is telling me to boost performance…

Happy 😃 happy 😃 monday…..

Guess whoop doesn’t know I need to heal from my last 2 rides that have been retracing my butt on sitting on that narrow brooks seat….yesterday was more comfy..but…il just enjoy a day off from riding….lol…really..since I’ve started riding..I’d rather ride for a workout…

Still water fasting…I’m almost to the number i was going for that I thought it would take me 7 days to get…lol..it’s only took 3 days…nice thing about doing omad…doesn’t take long to get back to ketosis..

My sleep wasn’t the greatest…not hardly any rem or deep..all light…..but whoop said push it today with a 71 % recovery…if it only knew the whole story…lol….otherwise I’d be riding…

Well….time for that cup of ☕️….and open the blinds…window is still open from yesterday…let the world in….

I love my Whoop, WBH, but yes, sometimes it tells me to go, go, go when I feel tired and to rest when I am ready to go! But most of the time it is spot on.
