Happy 😃 happy Thursday…

The weeks seem to fly by anymore…time passes so quickly…

Leg better today..plan to get some steps in today…nurse did check it yesterday…sept fax to doctor..but guess he didn’t want any blood work…as today is blood work day here this morning…

Plan to do a 48 starting Friday after breakfast..night run it into Monday…it depends on how I feel…lol…the nurse here…I was telling her my plans to do a 5-7 day fast towards end of month…she was interested..I sent her name of fasting app….showed her scar I have across tummy from gallbladder…it’s shrinking plus starts to disappear…scar is 40 years old at least…fasting has many benefits…besides weight loss…

Well…coffee cup is empty…time to go for a walk….start this day out right…
