Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday….

Sleep hasn’t been the greatest on this fast…last night…when it was lay down time…I was still buzzing along…

Been looking ahead of what my goal is in all this…250 is getting closer…but I’m thinking why stop there…195 or so is my ideal number….people are commenting on my loss…eating like a caveman….lol…who would of thought…that living a healthy life is this simple…the magic pill everyone is looking for…how simple could it be….

Almost time for ☕️…be breaking fast in a few…planning on a 7 day towards end of month….like last month…but a day or so longer….the benefits are showing more each day….no inflammation is the biggest benefit I notice..
