Happy 😃 happy 😃 Monday….

Cold day yesterday..in 40…. But wind chill had it in 30s…anyone outside had coats on ..looked odd..with all the nice weather we have had.. and the short sleeve days..another cooler day today…makes you appreciate the nicer days more….

Steps are down…right knee is puffy…trying to figure out what I’ve been eating to cause that…pears is only new thing I’ve been eating…stay off them for a few days..see what happens…body is so unpredictable…

Each day is a learning day…once heard this line in a movie..if your not learning..you dying…it’s true…

So….todays plan..work upper body….which I did yesterday…but differently today..and eat accordingly…

On second ☕️…walked 1/2 mile with pain pill…was a slow painful walk…seems like first walk always is…but it gets better as day improved…
