Happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday….

Woke up at 5am..ready to get the day started out right..Queen on you tube..and I was stepping off the steps so I could enjoy my first cup of ☕️…on second one now…almost breakfast time again…

Was only in 50s yesterday…to cold to enjoy the sun for me..but warmer over next few days…

Slept with window open last night…38… lol…when I woke up at 1to p….I shut it turned on heat barely..went back to bed…just sleep better in a cold room…or a cold side of water bed…

Well..just finished second cup..have a few to do some resistance band workouts before breakfast…make the time count..lol…

Have a fantastic positive day…
