Happy 😃 happy 😃 Thursday….

Listening to dr william li…another dr…selling his book…lol…good thing they do podcasts..lool…as I listen to more and more podcasts..they mostly talk about the same issues….food….which really what I like about the podcast is how they explain how more research is finding new ways to improve my lifestyle…it’s a known fact that the food industry and the government don’t care about my health….enough said…lol…

Rained most of yesterday….hopefully it’s over for a few days…facility had their grass crew cut grass Tuesday…I’m having not being in the sun with drawls…lol…so but think the highs today in the 50s…il be watching the sky…for the blue sky…

Can you tell I’ve had my first cup of ☕️…lol…time for another…lool…more coming from Amazon Saturday…lol..

Just waiting on 720am..breakfast…did a walk all ready…got my sleep last night..no storms..lol…
