Happy 😃 happy 😃 Tuesday…

Yesterday steps…walked half mile today..one lap…steps won’t be that high today…knees are puffy…yesterday step count was going to be 6 miles..but…once I set in recliner longer then an hour…all was lost…I was done….kinda glad…as bad as I ache today…lol…I’m looking at 3 miles today….give my legs and knees recovery time…last 3 days..14 miles…I’m happy with that…at my age…

Had to stop…make another cup of ☕️…lol…rain on the way again….3 days of it….with sun shine in between…hoping to get some rays….

Well….lol….finish this cup…and get another lap in before break…get this day started out right on end of my fast…
