First 1.5 miles in..now breakfast…

Happy 😃 happy 😃 Monday…

Alarm on whoop went off at 430..got up..dressed was out my apartment door and walking by 5am…coffee was my reward at end of 2 laps or 3/4 miles…it was good..but as soon as it was gone..I was up and on second 3/4 miles…again second cup of ☕️…lol…and breakfast in a few…then…back to fasting..and the rest of my miles…did 4 miles yesterday…sleeping really great at night so far…

Gotta get out today ..errands…only in 50s…means getting out of shorts..and into sweats….yuck…lol

Well…gotta get going..things to do..
