Woke at 221.0 after too much fun yesterday. Will target 1500 calories and a workout today to reach the 2-teens again.

It's a process as of course you know. 2-teens very soon, probably later today or the next, then on down from there over time. I wouldn't be surprised at all if you get back under 200 before I get there and I'm closer at this point.
