Hello everyone😍 It has been a long time since I last checked in. I pray everyone is healthy and fighting the good fight. Not to bore everyone with my "As the Stomach Churns" life but I feel some venting might be in order. Since my last check in I was able to maintain a 7lb swing of weight(10 yrs ago it would have been a 20lb gain) My marriage is on the precipice of failure, Mom was deemed terminal but not on hospice yet, my eldest son moved in(with his 3 cats & the male sprayed my house...ugh), we are trying to sell my home because the Hubby's job moved, my blood pressure is back up but I do not like the way the pills make me feel...lets see...I think that's enough😅😅😅 I am glad to be back and I so look forward to hearing from everyone. I am going back to the gym starting this week and my exercise equipment will no longer be used as my closet. God Bless and thank you for always being there😘😘😘

It’s great that you’re back on the health wagon, and you show a lot of strength getting back to it with all you have going on. You need good health to get through bad times. Hang on to that good thing.
