😃 happy 😃 Saturday….

This one is about a guy talking about how he has increased his lifestyle …sleeping 9 hours..which some nights mine are there…and resting heart rate…as you get older it goes down…mine is up like his..it’s an interesting podcast….

The weather here has returned to February weather…lol…cold out there…

Had some salty bugles…yes weight is up…needed the salt..pay the price…own it and move on…back on track…new day..new mindset…

Well….first cup of ☕️ is gone…time to start my day…lol…
