It’s not new news but still worth listening to….

Cold today….26….ouch…just makes looking for the warmer days that much more…

Another day..another workout 🏋️‍♂️…of some kind or another…as I get older….Yeap…I see the difference that workouts play in a healthy lifestyle…eating here is healthy..but….so many unhealthy treats as well…if I didn’t care anymore..would be so easy to gain back what I’ve lost since 2007…like yesterday…was cake and ice cream for lunch….I opted to pass….

Well…fist walk is over…coffee was good…lol…time to decide if I’m gonna eat breakfast or stick to omad…trying to outthink the body…lol…
