Happy 😃 happy 😃 Wednesday…

Ahhhh…first cup of ☕️….did 3/4 miles this morning..walk-in the halls…36 outside…and rain south of us…

Got fitbit fixed..after having to reinstall it…but I was able to do it all…just took me longer using my magnifying glass to see….but never the less an accomplishment…

Weight is gradually creeping up again…ate a lot of salt yesterday…my fault..just had the taste for it…dang bugles…but they are gone…so now I can get back into right frame of mind…

Slowly coming to realization my body likes the 290s…even though…I’d like to see less…and as the years pass…harder to get it off..keep it off…and not ask…if it’s all worth it at times…yes I kno…all the benefits to eating healthier….a life long mission…I should have started sooner…and stuck with it…I just keep wor King on the same 20 pounds I lost in 2007…was at 374 in 2006-2007… lost 100 pounds…and over the years kept most of it off…number wise healthier now then at the time…but body wise..always want more..

So…goal to hit more steps per day..hit 4000 yesterday…I can hit 4 miles…but not everyday…something that I need to work on to get more steps..as when I lost all the weight..I was doing 3-4 Nile’s everyday…but my body was younger…lol…

O well…need more coffee…then time for more steps..lol..
