Happy 😃 happy 😃 Tuesday…

Second cup of ☕️…one of them days…already…was awake at 3am..got up…dressed…went walking the halls…1/2 miles…fitbit got update yesterday on its app…it no longer updates my steps or miles..only my calories….thanks fitbit….so I will be contacting them…not there robot…to tell them…thanks for the update…now can you fix it….

Set out side for 5-10 minutes yesterday….sun felt so good..but wind…made it so cold…was like 55…I was in shorts..and short sleeves…lol…I’m spoiled living here…it’s all I wear….but next several days….are rain days…

Same plan as always….work the body…more today then usual…been slacking…it happens…

Have a fantastic positive day…I’ll do a select all…so fs…doesn’t mess with me today as well….

Sure glad I did…got a 403 forbidden notice when I tried to weigh in and journal…
