Happy 😃 happy 😃 friday…

If you didn’t count the time I was up….going to bathroom…getting a drink of water….it wouldn’t sound like I was in bed so long…lol…

Broke my 24 hour fasting yesterday…had breakfast…today I have a little inflammation…I also had a brownie for lunch desert..not sure which it was..thinking the chocolate…but seeing that something caused it…

Got 1/2 mile in..now sipping my ☕️…navy…where are you….

I’ve decided my task is to teach…I try to change the mindset of people (mostly workers here)..but anyone that wants to listen..that eating healthier…and moving the body so as not to lose the muscle they have is why I’m here…they get tired of listening…lol…I try not to push it…but people are lazy….lol…

I have to tell you about the nurse here…wow talk about a transformation…when she was going over paper work with us..when we moved in..she was over weight…brown hair….now going on my second year here..she lost weight…and she cut her hair and went blonde…if I hadn’t seen her when we first moved in..I wouldn’t know…I always compliment her every time I see her….an inspiration for sure….

Well..time to rock…listening to mind pump podcast..about the drug people wanting everyone to stay unhealthy…
