Happy 😃 happy 😃 Thursday….

I looked on Amazon…I found it with honey..garlic..amazons choice…yes I thought I’d try it…lol…

Today is weigh in here as well…I look back in my mind…usually after a weigh in here…I get lasted in my eating…this month..I’m hoping to break that habit…it’s not much in an upswing..but it’s loosing the same pounds…a habit I have down pat….

Sitting here sipping my cup of ☕️…already got 3/4 mile walk in..had a kink in leg…but that worked out…only hit 2.7 miles yesterday….and been slacking on upper body…but today start back with that…gave it all a rest…

Liked 15 minutes from 8 hours last night…was close…waking up again before alarm….

Well…coffee is disappearing…time to get 👞 back on..get more steps in….

Have a fantastic positive day…make it count….
